Access a Permanent History of Phone-Based Transactions

VoiCert Tracker Software  is a PC-based application that allows for the search and retrieval of completed and pending VoiCert AC & MC transactions. The tool:

• Permanently stores a transaction history that can be used to overturn denied claims.
• Allows users to play back voice records using a built-in media player.
• Can play recordings of phone transactions for MCO during appeals process.
• Performs transaction searches using a VoiCert tracking number, date range, patient ID or encounter number, or other customized ID number.
